Honky Tonk Smokehouse smokes all our meats fresh each day. Our beef brisket and pork butts are rubbed with our special blend of spices and then smoked all night over a hickory fire. The pork baby back ribs, whole chickens and chicken wings have their own specialty seasonings rubbed in and then smoked for several hours over smoldering hickory wood until the meat is ready to fall off the bone. The turkey is brined, seasoned and then smoked. Even the sausage benefits from the slow hickory fire.
We smoke only enough meat for the day, so we may run out of popular items on busy days. You are encouraged to call ahead to place your order so we can make sure that your favorite items are available and waiting for your arrival.
All of our sides and desserts are freshly prepared in the restaurant and taste just like your mama’s home cooking (or maybe better). Try them all and let us know which are your favorites
