We listen to your vision for your wedding, and offer suggestions and insight based on our years of experience, to ensure that your wedding is what you dreamed it would be.
Our staff work with checklists of items we will bring and those you said that you would provide, so that no detail, big or small, is overlooked in the midst of the chaos that can sometimes surround a wedding.
We can prepare, deliver and drop off your food if your budget is tight, or provide full service including setup, serving of food buffet-style, bar tending, and cleanup throughout the facility.
Typically we start with a conversation about the specifics of your wedding plans and requested services, then follow with a tasting session at our restaurant where you can sample several meats and sides. Once you decide which ones are your favorites, we develop a menu with pricing. If you choose us as your caterer, we request a deposit of 25% to reserve your spot on our calendar. One to two months before your wedding, we finalize the menu and review wedding day logistics. During the two week countdown, you give us a final headcount, we provide a final quote, and the remaining balance is paid. On your big day, you get to smile and enjoy the celebration, confident that we will serve your guests professionally and handle any situations that might occur.

Honky Tonk catered our wedding this weekend at Tanglewood Park. They were prompt, professional, and friendly. The food was DELICIOUS. We received so many compliments on how tasty each dish was! They also helped serve our beer and wine. Afterwards, they provided to-go boxes for our guests and made a special one for me! It hit the spot after my husband and I got back to the hotel! Susan and her team were extremely friendly and did lots of extra things we did not expect them to do! They really did go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that our guests were well fed and well cared for, and that my husband and I were free to enjoy the reception without having anything to worry about.
